Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are shipped via USPS. Once processing time is complete, please allow up to 15 business days for your order to arrive.
Please ensure all address and shipping information is correct upon checkout, as we are unable to make any changes, modifications or cancellations. All tracking information will be sent to your purchase email. Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of at least 3-4 business days upon receipt of order.

Yes! We prefer appointments due to COVID safety policies. Please visit our booking page to book our services and schedule with us in advance.
All deposits are non-refundable. 10SKYN requires 48 hours notice to make any changes to your appointment. Giving less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit. If you cancel or do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule your appointment you may transfer your deposit over ONE time, as long as you give more than 48 hours notice. If you cannot make it to your rescheduled appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will need a new deposit to book again.
We have a 10 minute late policy. You must TEXT 410 292 7488 two (2) hours before your scheduled appointment if you are going to be late. Being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be needed to book any appointments that were cancelled due to lateness.
